Based on the Ministry of Commerce regulations, we implement the following return and exchange policy: which states that personal care products cannot be returned, due to potential harm to the next consumer if returned, as well as to the seller of the product. Due to the nature and composition of our products and because they are natural and personal body and hair care products, no product can be returned or exchanged because of improper storage by the customer and because they are related to human health and safety. The customer has the right to cancel or modify the order within 24 hours unless it has been delivered to the shipping company for any reason, and this is done by contacting the store's technical support. If the order is canceled by the customer before it begins to be processed, the amount will be refunded (which may take from 7 days to 24 working days depending on the customer's bank). If the customer has not received the products from the shipping company, the order value cannot be refunded due to the nature of our products. The customer has the right to request re-shipping of their order again with a new shipping fee. If you order any product, it means you agree to the return and exchange policy.
